Falahari Aloo Makhana Bhel - Navratri Special

2 cup – Makhana (euryale ferox )
2 cup - Raw peanuts
2-3 - Potatoes, boiled and peeled
2 tsp – green chilli, chopped
1 tsp - Lemon juice
Rocksalt to taste
Oil/ghee

Method:
Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add peanuts. Fry peanuts on medium heat till dark red in color. Keep the aside.
Now heat 2 tsp ghee/ oil in the same pan and add makhane.
Fry makhane until crisp and light brown colour. Almost cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Cut Potatoes into small pieces and fry them too for 2-3 minutes until crisp.
In a bowl take roasted peanuts, makhane, green chilies, potatoes, rock salt and mix them well .
Then add lemon juice and mix well again. you can add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
Falahari Bhel is ready. Serve immediately.
