Seaweed Wheat Floss With Vegan Bacon Edamame Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Vegetable Oil for stir fry
Vegetarian bacon
Frozen Edamame (thawed)
Leftover cooked rice ( 2 bowls)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Soy sauce (to taste)
Sesame oil ( to taste)
Seaweed and Wheat Floss


Method:

1. Slice bacon into small squares. Fry until crispy with a bit of oil.
2. Add a bowl of edamame and season with salt and pepper.
3. Then add leftover rice.
4. Drizzle soy sauce about 2 tablespoons with some of 5. Sesame oil and continue frying the rice until it is dry and crispy.
6. Turn off the stove and top the fried rice with wheat floss and some seaweed flakes for some extra crunchiness.
7. Optional: Add Japanese mayo or fried egg on top for additional creaminess.
