Egg Curry

Ingredient:

4 Eggs
1 tsp Zeera
1 cup (grated) Onion 
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Green chili (chopped)
½ cup Tomato (chopped)
2 tsp Coriander powder
1tsp Red chili powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
Salt To Taste
½ tsp Garam masala
 2 tbsp Oil 
Fresh coriander for garnishing

Method:
Hard boil the eggs with 1/2 tsp salt and cool water, cover and keep for 10 min.
Cool and peel the cover and cut into halves. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, crackle zeera.
Add and saute onions till golden brown.

Add green chili, ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 min.
Add tomatoes and saute until the oil leaves the sides.
Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt with little water and saute for 3-4 min.

Add 2 cup water, let it come to a boil, add eggs and let it boil on low heat for 3-4 min.

Add garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve.
