Ingredients :
Basmati Rice 1 1/2 Cups
Large Potato 1 Nos
Peas 3 Tbsp
Onion Sliced 1 Nos
Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
Water 500 Ml
Ghee 3 Tbsp
For Grinding : Mint Leaves 1/2 Cups
Chillies 2 Nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
Coconut Milk 1/4 Cups
Salt As Needed 1 Pinch
Method :
Grind The Ingredients Given Under "For Grinding " & Set Aside.
Heat Ghee In A Pan.
Splutter Cumin Seeds.
Add Onions And Potatoes.
Add The Ground Masala.
Add Rice And Saute For A Couple Of Minutes.
Add Boiling Water.
Cook Until 3/4 Th Done.
Add Green Peas.
Cook Further Until Completely Done.
Serve With Your Favourite Accompaniments.
