Agitations, Demonstrations of Any Kind Prohibited in Mantralaya’s Campus

Bhopal: Minister of State for General Administration Lal Singh Arya said that any kind of agitation and demonstration is prohibited in the Mantralaya’s campus. This prohibitory order should be followed strictly. All the organizations should be informed through letter that they should not act against the prohibition. Arya was reviewing the activities of the General Administration Department at Mantralaya today. Additional Chief Secretary Prabhanshu Kamal was also present in the meeting.

Arya gave directives to fill backlog posts by conducting a special drive at the earliest. It was informed during the review that all the departments will provide information as regard to their respective departments before the Additional Chief Secretary on November 8. Moreover, it was informed that November 30 has been fixed as the last date for Misa Prisoners to submit applications. Arya mentioned that replies should be filed immediately regarding the cases sub-judice in the courts.

Letters should be written to all the concerned districts for immediate redressal of pending cases related to the caste certificates. It was informed in the meeting that One crore 25 lakh 91 thousand 61 caste certificates have been prepared till now.

Moreover, Arya gave directives to take effective measures for strengthening Chief Technical Examiner Vigilance Organisation. He issued directives for regular inspection regarding effective management of sanitation arrangements at Mantralaya by forming a team. Arya also held discussions for maintenance and disposal of documents of various departments stored in the record room. Moreover, deliberations on departmental enquiries, advisory committee, cases of contempt, file tracking system, compassionate appointments, vidhansabha assurances beside questions and answers also took place in the meeting.

Arya spoke to five persons regarding cases of CM Helpline over phone which include Pradeep Vishwakarma of Kesli Block-Sagar, Raghuvansh Patel of Churhat-Sidhi, Nandkishore Chavvat of  Ujjain . Chavvat informed that he had submitted the application for preparing a caste certificate. The certificate has been made and he is happy with the procedure. Smt. Zulie Begum of Pisan Hari Ki Madhiya- Jabalpur has informed that she got her below poverty line card immediately after the application. Arya has told the officials to instruct the concerned person, on hearing that Dhirendra Yadav of Panna  has not received the caste certificate till now.-Windowtonews
