National Lok Adalat in Courts on December 9

Bhopal: According to the order of Madhya Pradesh High Court’s Chief Justice and Chief Mentor of Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority-Jabalpur, National Lok Adalat will be held in all the District/Tahsil/labour and Family Courts besides High Court on December 09, 2017.
Pre-litigation and cases pending in the courts related to section 138 of NIA Act, Bank recovery, Labour dispute, Electricity, Water, Criminal, Civil, Electricity Act, Land dispute, Marital dispute and other cases in maximum number will be redressed in the National Lok Adalat.
Efforts are being made to solve the court cases on the basis of mutual understanding and agreement in the National Lok Adalat.-Windowtonews
