PR Minister Dr. Mishra lays foundation of Rs 70 crore tap-water scheme

Bhopal: Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra today laid the foundation of the Rs 70 crore-Mukhya Mantri Nal-Jal Yojana useful for 64 villages at Bahruka village in Datia district.
Dr. Mishra said that rural people should come forward to reap the benefits of schemes made for the villages, poor and farmers by the Madhya Pradesh government. Government is working for the welfare of the farmers. He said that now the government has announced drought relief also which will be provided to every farmer. He said that the farmers should fill the complete information about his crop loss in the compensation form. On the Bhavantar Yojana he said that government is committed to provide total price for the produce of the farmers.
The 53rd Urs Samaroha was organized at Hazrat Gulzar Shah Baba ki Dargah in Datia with a marvelous qawwali contest. Chief guest on the occasion PR Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra presented a chadar at the Hazrat Gulzar Shah Dargah. He welcomed well-known qawwali singers from Agra and Jaipur. Committee office-bearers welcomed the Public Relations Minister on the occasion.
Sapling plantation in Medical College Park
Dr. Mishra planted saplings for park construction in the Datia Medical College premises. Medical College Dean Dr. Rajesh Gaur, Vikram Singh Bundela, other public representatives, several officers and citizens were present on the occasion.
PR Minister Dr. Mishra honoured Sanjeev Pathak (Sanju Pehelwan) with shawl and coconut on his appointment as district president of Sports Cell. Dr. Mishra expressed the hope that Pathak’s efforts to make Datia proud in wrestling will prove fruitful.-Windowtonews
