Another chance for unregistered farmers to get registered in Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana Portal to remain open from November 15 to 25

Bhopal: State government has decided that those farmers who could not get themselves registered in pilot scheme of Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana of Kharif-2017 will be given another chance for registration between November 15 to 25, 2017 so that they too can avail the benefits of the scheme. It may be noted that eight crops including Soyabean, Moong, Urad, Maize, Groundnuts, Arhar, Ramtil and Sesame have been selected in the scheme.
Under the scheme, free registration of farmers will be done at the level of 3500 primary agriculture cooperative committees which register the procurement of wheat and paddy. During this period, no registration will be done in the Mandis and the application presented through kiosks will not be valid. It would be mandatory to get registered through the portal prepared for the Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana.
District Collector will seek approval from the Commissioner, Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department for the opening of an additional registration centre based on the workload of registration. During the registration in this period, it will be essential to produce revenue records, besides aadhar card number, bank account number, IFS code and mobile number.
For registration between November 15 to 25, the applicant farmer will have to deposit his application form along with necessary information at the registration centre (PACS). The field employee of Revenue/agriculture will confirm the concerned crop area as shown in the applications deposited in each registration centre as per Collector’s orders. The application will be registered online only after the complete application form with all information and verification is received at the registration centre till November 25, 2017. The information of registration will be given to the registered farmer on his mobile. Registered farmer can acquire the receipt of online registration from the registration centre till November 30. No online registration will be made without physical verification between November 15 and 25, 2017.
All new registrations will be provided separate registration numbers which will begin from number 7. For example in registration number 717011001001, (7) will be the new registration, (17) year, (01100) society code and (1001) will be the farmer’s code. Orders, provisions and conditions issued earlier from time to time in connection with the scheme will be applicable as it is.-Windowtonews
