Photo Exhibitions and Painting Competition in World Heritage Week from November 21 and 25

Bhopal: Photo exhibitions and painting contests will be organised in museums of the state during the World Heritage Week starting from November 19 in order to make public aware of preserving and protecting rich ancient heritage. A State level photograph exhibition will be held in State Museum situated at Bhopal on subject ‘Suputra Ganesh-Kartikey' during this period.

 Informing about this, Commissioner Archaeology, Anupam Rajan said that various programmes will be organised in other museums of the state under the World Heritage Week between November 19 and 25. Photo exhibitions will be held on theme of 'Bhartiya Chitrakala mein Ramkatha' in Jabalpur, 'Bodhha Samarak' in Ramvan -Satna, 'Shiv ke Adhbhut Shringar’ in Damoh, 'Shivlingam' in Sagar, 'Nandi Pratimaayein' in Panna, Shailchitra of Bheembetka' in Rajgarh, 'Shaiv Pratimaayein' in foreign museums' in Indore, Madhya Pradesh ki Kothiyaan’ in Mandsaur, 'World Heritage Monuments' in Ujjain and 'Gauri Putra Ganesh' in Gwalior.-Windowtonews
