Ramnath Kushwaha delighted after receiving Rs 62,000 in his account

Bhopal: Farmer Ramnath Kushwaha is a resident of village Puri of Gwalior district. He sold Urad produce in Dabra Krishi Upaj Mandi but was unhappy due to not getting fair price. On Wednesday, November 22, Ramnath Kushwaha received information about Rs 62,000 deposited in his bank account. He could not believe at first and enquired about the money from bank manager. He came to know that the State Government gave this price difference as a compensation for Urad produce he sold. Ramnath thanked the government wholeheartedly and said it has never happened before.

 Amounts like Rs. 52,000 to farmer Pradeep Kushwaha of village Puri, Gwalior district, Rs. 31, 000 to Jagdish Shrivastav of village Ajaygarh, Rs 18,000 to Vimala Gurjar of village Kheda, Rs 61,000 to Babita Sahu of village Dabra, Rs 13,000 to Rajesh Sharma of Supawali Murar, Rs 8000 to each Narendra Mahor of village Supt and Saraman Singh of village Kiratpura Chinaur, Rs 16000 to Phool Singh Jat of Ajaygarh and Rs 5000 to Bharat Singh Solanki of Mehgaon Chinaur were deposited in their bank account under Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana.

 Farmer's trust towards the scheme has been strengthened after they got price difference amount. The farmers are well aware of that the government has extended registration period up to November 25, 2017. Farmers are reaching 59 e-procurement centres and getting registered under Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana. -Windowtonews
