325 Meter Long High Quality Bridge to be constructed on Wainganga River

Bhopal: A 325 meter long high quality bridge will be constructed on Wainganga River between village Dhapera and Kumhari of Balghat District. An amount of Rs. 19 crore 50 lakh 58 thousand has been sanctioned for construction by the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan from his discretionary fund. The construction of the bridge will be started by the Bridge Division of the Public Works Department shortly.

People of Balaghat and Paraswada Assembly constituency will be benefitted after the construction of the bridge between village Dhapera and Kumhari. People dwelling in villages like village Chhindlai, Katanga, Pipariya, Bamhani, Dadiya, Khanghat, Manpur, Belgaon, Khari, Khirri, Salhe, Mudjhad, Mohgaon, Dhapera, Koudiya of Lalbarra Tahsil beside Kumhari, Khairi, Patharwada, Dhapewada, Bhatera and several other villages of Balaghat Tahsil will save 10 k.m. distance while commuting Balaghat.-Windowtonews
