Tears of Joy Roll down from Rajlaxmi’s Cheeks after seeing her Missing Husband

Bhopal: C.M. Helpline (181 Toll Free) Service being started by the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has proved effective and successful system for immediate redressal of common men’s problems and complaints. This system is not only redressing the common problems and complaints of the people, but the system is reflecting the objective of the government ‘Logo ki Bhavnaon se bhi Judkar, Pradesh Sarkar unki Bhalai ke liye Sab Kucch Karegi.

Such an incident surfaced recently in Betul, where the resident of Puducherry, Dr. Baidhyanathan united with his family after a gap of 9 years. The complaint registered on the C. M. helpline played an important role in uniting Dr. Baidyanath with his family. It may be mentioned that the complaint was registered by the Chief Minister’s Office on C.M. Helpline on June 09, 2017 on the basis of complaint of complainant of Betul Shri Narendra Kumar, that says a person was brought to the children and old age home of village Urdan nearly 5 years ago. The person has lost his memory and his mental condition is not in order. Moreover, he was not able to provide any information; hence, proper enquiry should be conducted in the said matter. The above mentioned complaint after moving through various levels reached the office of the Chief Executive Officer of Jila Panchayat, who is a L-3 officer of the C.M. Helpline.

When the enquiry was conducted by the Chief Executive Officer at old age home, it became evident that Dr. Baidyanathan has lost his memory and utters something unclear in English and Tamil, which is difficult to understand. But words written by him on the pages revealed that he is a resident of Puducherry. Taking interest in the matter, the Jila Panchayat Office contacted the social organizations of Puducherry by surfing internet for their telephone numbers. One of the social organization provided the mobile number of the Superintendent of Police- Puducherry Sushri Rachna Singh, who in turn taking the matter seriously, found the family of Dr. Baidyanathan.

When the family was informed about the whereabouts of the lost Dr. Baidyanathan, they became over joyous with the news. Dr. Baidhyanathan's wife Smt. Rajlaxmi, together with his brother and nephew along with the Police Officer of Puducherry reached Betul on December 11, 2017 to take Dr. Baidhyanathan home.-Window To News
