Bhopal: Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra has extended greetings on Makar Sankranti and Pongal to the people of the state. The PR Minister in his message said that Makar Sankranti marked the beginning of the Sun’s journey in the Northern direction. Devotees take a holy dip in rivers and worship the Sun.
