Tikariya to become ‘laac’ Producer Village

Bhopal: Tikariya village of Katni district will now be known as a laac producer village now. For this 10 women have formed a group and have planted one quintal insects on trees. This women’s group got the inspiration of connecting with laac manufacturing work from “Atma” project.
Deputy Director of Agriculture Department in Katni district told that several officers along with director and women from other villages have seen the work of production of laac. The women told that they expect production of about 15-20 kg laac.-Window To News
