Bhopal: The Directorate of Medical Education has suspended a clerk, who has given the information sought under the Right to Information, which has invalidated the STF enquiry due to the clerical error. A show cause notice has also been served to the Director Medical education in this connection.
It is to be highlighted that in one of the RTI appeal, C.B.I. enquiry is being conducted on letter, written by the Directorate of Medical Education to State Information Commission, wherein it was mentioned due to error to invalidate the STF enquiry related to P.M.T. year 2012 and 2013.
It has been clarified that Medical Education department and Directorate Medical Education have and had no authority to take any decision related to the STF enquiry.-Window To News
