PR Minister Dr. Mishra opens Basai Mela at Datia district

Bhopal: Public Relations Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra today inaugurated regional Basai Mela at Datia district. He informed that the state government has made provision for an assistance fund for the farmers affected by natural calamities. For Datia district’s Basai region alone, Rs 8 crore 36 lakh 80 thousand has been approved for 9,565 farmers which will soon be deposited in their accounts. The PR Minister said that the farmers will receive the crop insurance amount next month. He said that farmers have been given Rs one crore 33 lakh 68 thousand under Bhavantar Yojana to farmers in Basai. PR Minister inaugurated the scheme for power connection in every house under Pradhan Mantri Soubhagya Yojana in Basai.

After an introduction with the team participating in the Volleybal competition, the PR Minister inaugurated the competition.

Dr. Mishra distributed Food Department’s eligibility slips to beneficiaries. Besides, he granted documents of power connection to 10 beneficiaries in a symbolic form under Soubhagya Yojana.-Window To News
