70 percent part of revenue receipts in state is cashless

Bhopal: All types of payments are being made in cashless manner by the state government in Madhya Pradesh. Now, 70 percent part of revenue receipts is coming in cashless mode. Payment of fee collected at Public Service Centres for income certificate, caste certificate, birth and death certificate like facilities is being taken in cashless transaction mode to promote cashless transactions as per the wishes of the centre government.  The state government has provided facility to pay fee in cashless mode in all schools and colleges.

 Special training is being imparted to rural people through Gram Sabha for financial literacy in the state. The state government has given a rebate in VAT on POS machines for making the daily purchasing of common man cashless. In addition, rebate in stamp duty on merchant agreement has also been given.

Central financial management and information system is being developed in the state with the development of this system all activities and public service will be completely online and paperless. This management and information system will benefit around 8 lakh officers, employees and pensioners. Their claims and cases will be resolved on time and at once.-Window To News
