Demand letter to Union Health Minister for Medical College in Damoh

Bhopal: After bhoomi-pujan of development works on Thursday, Finance Minister Jayant Malaiya told that a demand letter has been handed over to the Union Health Minister for opening a Medical College in Damoh. He told that the district administration has marked 25 hectare land for opening the Medical College in Damoh city.
The Finance Minister told that he apprised the Union Health Minister that the amount needed for the Medical College will be given by him through MLA fund. Besides this, the other MLAs have also agreed to contribute through MLA fund. Malaiya told that the district’s public representatives and citizens will contribute about Rs one crore for the Medical College. Member of Parliament Prahlad Patel has also agreed to provide financial assistance for opening the Medical College in Damoh.-Window To News
