Bhopal: Minister for Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Narottam Mishra has extended greetings to the people of the state on the festival of colours ‘Holi’ and Rangpanchmi. In his greeting message, Dr. Mishra said that Indian festivals enhance unity and brotherhood at social level. There is a tradition to celebrate these festivals, which strengthen relations with love and harmony.
