PR Minister Dr. Mishra distributes relief amount to farmers

Bhopal: Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra today distributed relief amount of Rs 39 lakh 20 thousand to farmers at Ravri village in Datia district. Dr. Mishra told the revenue officers to organize camps in the villages to collect documents from the farmers who have been deprived of relief till now and distribute the relief amount to them soon.
Minister Dr. Mishra said that farmers are being registered for gram, masoor, mustard, onion etc under Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana. The date of registrations has been extended to March 24. He told all farmers to get registered under this scheme. He told that registration is being made for wheat also. Dr. Mishra said that Rs 200 per quintal will be provided to those farmers who had sold wheat on support price last year. Farmers will paid Rs 2000 per quintal wheat for this year.
During the programme the youth of the village resolved to participate in development. The PR Minister distributed cycles to students coming from other villages for High School Education.
PR Minister Dr. Mishra granted financial assistance of Rs 4 lakhs to the relatives of deceased Pramod Lodhi, resident of Khatola village in Datia district who was electrocuted while working in the field. Similarly, financial assistance was also provided to the family of deceased Bhagunt Singh Kushwaha.-Window To News
