Total 197 Infrastructure development projects under PPP mode underway in state

Loan of Rs. 281 crore approved to set up new Industrial units
Bhopal: As many as 197 projects costing Rs. 23 thousand 643 crore are underway in the state for development of roads, power and industrial areas under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode. Moreover, the Madhya Pradesh Finance Corporation has approved loan of about Rs. 281 crore to set up new industrial units and modernization of local units beside establishment of cold stores and warehouses.
An amount of Rs. 25 thousand 843 crore has been approved towards 16 projects of road, energy, water supply, urban infrastructure and education sector under the institutional finance. These projects have been approved through Asian Development Bank, World Bank, K.F.W and other institutions.
Establishment of Pensioner Welfare Fund: The Pensioner Welfare Fund has been established by the Finance department of the state for the pensioners. A financial assistance in 3503 cases of serious illness, accidents and disabilities etc. has been approved under this fund.
Work to make the entire system online for immediate redressal of the pension cases has been carried out rapidly in the state. Total payment is being made through e-payment system and 73 percent amount is being deposited by e-payment system in the state. Electronics bill are being used by eradicating the system of physical bills, which has brought transparency in the financial management.-Window To News
