Bhopal: Minister of State for Cooperatives, Bhopal Gas Tragedy Relief and Rehabilitation (Independent Charge) Vishwas Sarang participated in Panguni Uthiram festival’s programme organized at Anna Nagar, Security Lines, Bhopal.
