Aaganbadi Workers-Assistants’ convention at Bhopal on April 8

Bhopal: The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given directives to organise a state level convention of aaganbadi workers and assistants at Bhopal on April 8. The convention will be held at Lal Parade ground. The Chief Minister gave the instructions while meeting a delegation of aaganbadi workers and assistants at state hangar.

The meeting held on the initiative of the Minister for Women and Child Development, Smt. Archana Chtinis, the delegation placed demands for raise in remuneration, arrangement for honorarium on retirement from the services and insurance besides a provision for promotion from aaganbadi worker to supervisor post. CM Chouhan said that aaganbadi workers and assistants fulfil their duties beside work of other departments with utmost sincerity and responsibility. Their demands will be taken into consideration with positive approach.

Minister for Women and Child Development Smt. Archana Chitnis, Principal Secretary Women and Child Development J.N. Kansotiya and Commissioner Integrated Child Development Project were present on the occasion.

Minister Smt. Chitnis expressed gratitude towards the Chief Minister Chouhan for his positive approach towards the aaganbadi workers and assistants.-Window To News
