CM Chouhan takes part in choupal at Karkati village in Shahdol district

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today took part in choupal at Karkati village of Shahdol district. He gave a patient ear to the problems of the villagers and issued instructions on the spot to the officials to take prompt action. Chouhan told the villagers to keep the village clean and beautiful by planting saplings at the fence of the fields besides making efforts for water conservation. Giving information about the expansion of state government’s public welfare schemes he appealed to the villagers to send their children to school daily and avoid bad habits and addictions.
CM Chouhan went on an intensive tour round the rural areas of Budhar and Sohagpur tehsil of Shahdol district where he was apprised with the villagers’ problems. He offered puja-archana at the famous Kankali Mandir in Antara gram panchayat along with his wife.
Among others who accompanied him were district in charge Rajendra Shukla, Tribal Welfare Minister Lal Singh Arya, MP Gyan Singh, Chairman of Tribal Commission Narendra Marawi, MLA Smt. Pramila Singh, Jaisingh Marawi, Smt. Meena Singh, Ramlal Routel, Chairman of Baiga Development Authority Ramlal Baiga, senior administrative and police officials.-Window To News
