Maintain Mutual Harmony in Morena

Bhopal: The Chief Secretary Basant Pratap Singh said that mutual harmony should be maintained in Morena. He stated that Morena is a peaceful place, situation created during the Bharat Bandh is unfortunate. Efforts should be made to restore peace with cooperation of all. The Director General of Police Rishi Kumar Shukla said that action will be taken by the district administration against persons, who have created disorder during the Bharat Bandh by identifying them. He told the police and district administration that action should not be taken against innocents, action should be taken after the investigation.

Chief Secretary and DGP were addressing the meeting of public representatives, office bearers of various organisations and district officers in connection with the law and order in Morena today.

CS Singh said that persons, who have cooperated to prevent incidents in Morena during the Bharat Bandh are entitlefor congratulations. He further mentioned that people should celebrate ensuing Dr. Ambedkar and Bhagwan Parshuram jayanti with mutual harmony. He hoped that no one will spread hatred in the name of religion and caste, which was supported by all the public representatives, organisations and journalists.

DGP Shukla stated that the public representatives, various organisations, journalists and citizens play an important role to maintain constant vigilance on the news of social media. If they come across any objectionable post on the social media then they must counsel the concerned person. Police should be informed and police should pay attention that action should not be taken against innocents. He mentioned that a big action will be taken against the mischievous elements, who were indulged in violence during the last few days.

MLA Joura Subedar Singh Rajoudha said that administration arrangement should remain as it is. Dr. Ambedkar and Bhagwan Parshuram Jayanti should be celebrated with traditions and mutual brotherhood. MLA Sumawali Satyapal Singh Sikarwar mentioned that the incident, which happened, is unfortunate. We all have to make efforts to avoid repetition of such incident.

MLA Ambah Satyaprakash Sakhwar stated that such incident was never happened before in the district. He appealed all to maintain peace and brotherhood. We should behave with each other in harmony. We should not undertake work, which causes disagreement and disturbance. Other public representatives also gave important suggestions to maintain peace.
