Bhopal: Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra has extended greetings to the people of the state on the birth anniversary of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. In his message Minister Dr. Mishra said that Dr. Ambedkar was a skilled legal expert, economist, politician and social reformer.
