Bhopal: Public Relations Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra garlanded Baba Saheb Dr.. Bhimrao Ambedkar’s portrait and offered floral tributes to him on his anniversary at Nauner village in Datia district. Dr. Mishra said that harmony is essential for the development of society.
