Loan to be provided to milk producers at low interest rate

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that loan at low interest rate will be provided to milk producers. Status of dairy will be given to a unit of minimum 10 dairy cattle. This was announced by Chouhan at the Pradeshik Yadav Mahakumbh held here today. He felicitated the National President of Mahasabha, Udaypratap Singh and office bearers on behalf of the people of the state.

CM Chouhan mentioned that parent’s income limit for scholarship of students belonging to backward class has been raised from Re. 75 thousand to 3 lakh. Pre-matric scholarship amount has been doubled and hostels are being constructed at all the blocks. Fee of children belonging to poor families will be borne by the government to pursue studies in foreign institutions, medical, engineering and management etc. A target of 70 thousand has been set for free skill development training. Schemes for self-employment are under implementation. He further stated that society must cooperate to ensure benefit of the government schemes to youth.

Moreover, Chouhan said that Yadav community is a respectful community. He will not let anything destroy its respect and pride. Chouhan mentioned that daughters are like Goddess. It is community’s responsibility to maintain their dignity and respect. CM Chouhan said that the state government has prepared a Mukhyamantri Krishi Utpadakta Protsahan Yojana to make the agriculture a profitable occupation.

Protsahan amount at the rate of Rs. 265 per quintal on wheat purchase is being given this year. This amount will be deposited in the bank accounts of the farmers on June 10, 2018. Moreover, Chouhan informed that Protsahan amount of Rs. 200 per quintal has been given to the registered farmers, who had sold wheat on support price in 2017 under the scheme.

CM Chouhan performed pooja of Bhagwan Krishna in the beginning of the Mahakumbh. The Programme was conducted by State President of Yadav community Jagdish Yadav. Former Chief Minister Babulal Gaur, Minister of State for Backward Class and Minority Welfare Smt. Lalita Yadav, MP Laxminarayan Yadav, Chairman of Bhopal Development Authority Om Yadav, other Public representatives, eminent citizens and members of Yadav community in large number were present on the occasion.-Window To News
