Mid-career training to Naib Tehsildar before being promoted as Tehsildar

Bhopal: Mid-career training will be given to the Naib Tehsildars after 5 years of service and before being promoted to the Tehsildar's post. This training will be of five-weeks. RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration and Management will be the nodal agency. For one week training will be conducted on leadership and managerial development in a renowned managerial institute of the country and for one week in another state on its revenue related system and innovation. One week’s training will be abroad. The trainees will be selected on the basis of seniority.

Acts related to the Revenue Department, refresher course on instructions, updated revision and the implementation of rules, circulars etc., development of managerial and leadership capacity, innovation, use of information technology related to land management in foreign and other states, time and stress management have been included in the mid-career training.

Training to be imparted at district level also

Provision has been made for district level training of Naib Tehsildars after their posting in the districts. Prior to entrusting the departmental work to the Naib Tehsildars will be imparted training under the guidance of Senior State Administrative Service Officer. Training will be imparted mainly for site inspection, construction and maintenance of records, judicial process and order writing.-Window To News
