CM Chouhan declares Jabalpur district fully electrified

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan dedicated the Prime Minister’s Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana- Saubhagya completed at a cost of Rs 18.28 crore at the tribal convention held in TFRI, Neemkheda of Jabalpur on the Veerangana Rani Durgavati Balidan Divas. With this, the Chief Minister declared Jabalpur district as 100 percent electrified. Now total 40 thousand 299 houses in Jabalpur district have become illuminated with the Saubhagya scheme.
Benefits distributed to beneficiaries
CM Chouhan symbolically distributed personal forest rights letters and community forest rights pattas for construction of sports ground in Gadhegorakhpur village and Mokshadham in Bareli Pathar village to Smt. Sukwaro Bai, Smt. Munnibai of Magardha gram panchayat, Ujjwala Yojana benefits to Smt. Roshni Thakur and Smt. Amna Gond, labourer smart card under Mukhya Mantri Jan Kalyan Yojana to Smt. Sribai, Pyarelal, Vishal Singh and Santosh Singh, besides letters of approval/certificates under Charan Paduka Yojana to Sumer Singh Kunjam, Kusum Bai, Tahal Singh and Laso Bai.
It may be noted that total 588 personal and community forest rights pattas were issued and tribals dwellinng on forest land were made land owners at the tribal convention. Similarly, smart cards were distributed to 25 thousand Scheduled Tribe families under Mukhya Mantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana and domestic gas connections to 11 thousand 16 women under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. This way, water bottles, sarees and charan padukas were distributed to nearly 15 thousand tendu patta collectors.-Window To News
