Divisional Commissioners to settle pending procurement cases of Gram, Red lentil and Mustard

Directives to resolve all pending cases till July 10
Bhopal: It may be mentioned that Gram, Red Lentil and Mustard were procured in the state from April 10 to June 9. Procurement work was carried out by the notified mandis on support price in the state. The State Government has issued instructions to resolve pending cases of the procurement till July 10, 2018.
Hearing of pending cases could be conducted by the concerned Divisional Commissioners now of such registered farmers to whom tokens were issued during the procurement at support price but procured quantity could not be registered on the portal and those registered farmers, who have been issued token offline, their produce was weighed but quantity could not be registered on the portal. Directives have been issued by the Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Department in this connection.
It has been mentioned in the directives that the Divisional Commissioners will hear all the cases of such registered farmers, whose produce like gram, red lentil and mustard was weighed before June 9 but the procured quantity could be uploaded on the portal due to the technical problem. All the Divisional Commissioners have been provided with the ID Password by the Food and Civil Supplies Department. Along with this, instructions have also been issued to all the District Collectors of the state in this connection.
The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given these directives to all the Divisional Commissioners and Inspectors General of Police in this regard during the video conference held on Friday.-Window To News
