Colleges directed to update seats/courses in online admission system

Bhopal: Action is being taken to update the number of courses/seats by the old and new colleges of the Higher Education Department for inclusion in the admission process of the CLC phase on the e-admission portal. This could facilitate the remaining colleges to join the admission process. Procedure for registering information on departmental portals by the colleges will be held from July 21 to 25.
In this connection Commissioner Higher Education has issued a circular to the Registrar of Maharishi Panini Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Ujjain and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences, Mhow, all Regional Additional Directors, all Principals of Government Leading Colleges and Mapping Government College and Principals of concerned Government/Non-Government Colleges. As per the circular, the concerned Principal, New Government College/Government Leading College will be responsible to register the approved number of courses/seats as per rule on the portal within the time limit. The responsibility of the respective Principals of the new and pre-operated non-government colleges has been decided to get the verification for registration of approved number of courses/seats on the portal within the prescribed time limit as per affiliation obtained from the concerned university by the concerned Government Mapping College which have not obtained I.D, password for some reason. They can obtain it via e-mail to the I.T. branch immediately through concerned Government Mapping College. Colleges that have not registered information of bank account, can register its information otherwise the fees of the admitted students will not be transferred to the concerned college. It will not be possible to register information after the CLC phase of admission process begins on the portal if the action is done within the time limit.
In case of any difficulty it is mandatory to inform on e-mail mphe.pravesh@mp.gov.in till 5 pm upto July 23. All Regional Additional Directors Higher Education have been told to ensure that all Principals of state’s Government Mapping Colleges complete the work and send their report by July 26.-Window To News
