Kumar Gandharva Museum will be Made in Dewas and Statue will be Installed

CM  Chouhan Participates in Anhad Samaroh at Dewa

Music makes life blissful. It is impossible to describe heights given to music by Pandit Kumar Gandharvaji. I am fortunate to visit the place where Kumar Ji has devoted life for Music. This was expressed by the Chief Minster  Shivraj Singh Chouhan in Anhad Samaroh held at Dewas on the occasion of 25th Death Anniversary of the Renowned Musician Pandit Kumar Gandharva.
 
CM  Chouhan said that his heart overwhelmed by watching the items and childhood photographs of Kumar Ji displayed in his memory at his residence. He said that Kumar Gandharva Museum will be made at Dewas. Place will be selected for this after deliberations. Beside this statue of Kumar Gandharva Ji will be installed in Dewas City. Moreover, civil lines road will be named after Pandir Kumar Gandharva Ji.  Chouhan unveiled the inscription on the occasion.
 
 Ashok Bajpai and  Mahesh Alkunjwar also expressed their views. A team of 29 artists presented Gandharva Vrand started with Swati Vachan directed by Pandit Madhup Mudgal after the inauguration followed by Dhrupad recital in Rag Kalyan.  Chouhan and the guests enjoyed the presentations on the occasion.
 
Litterateurs and Artists Su Kalapini, Komkali, MP  Manohar Oontwal, MLAs Dewas Smt. Gayatriraje Panwar,  Rajendra Verma and  Ashish Sharma, Chairman M.P. Text Book Corporation  Raisingh Sendhav, President Jila Panchayat  Narendrasingh Rajput, Mayor  Subhash Sharma, Commissioner  Ravindra Pastore, I.G.  V. Madhukumar and music lovers in large number were present on the occasion.
