Bhopal: Minister for Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Narottam Mishra has expressed grief over the untimely death of Journalist Rafique Baig, who was connected with Dainik Sach Express, Bhopal. Dr. Mishra said that Late Rafique Baig was connected with journalism since the last 2 decades. He has rendered remarkable services in various News Papers.
