Best Governed State - Madhya Pradesh in bottom five, Kerala Tops

WTN- Kerala stands as the best-governed state in the country followed by Tamil Nadu, according to the Public Affairs Index 2018. Kerala has emerged as a best-governed state in the country for the third year in a row, as per the released Public Affairs Index 2018. Kerala has topped the list with 0.526 points in 2018.
Tamil Nadu has secured the second spot with 0.517 points, followed by Telangana with 0.514 points, Himachal Pradesh with 0.513 points and Karnataka with 0.506 points.
Top 5 least performing states as per the Public Affairs Index 2018, are Madhya Pradesh with 0.398 points, Manipur with 0.393 points, Jharkhand with 0.389 points, Meghalaya with 0.379 points and Bihar with 0.339 points.
