Procurement period for Summer Moong extended to August 8

Bhopal: The Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Department has extended the procurement period for Summer moong to be purchased from the registered farmers in the state till August 8. Previously the procurement period was decided till July 31, 2018.
Keeping in view the hindrance owing to the transport strike in the state, the date has been extended. The Department has clarified that the period fixed for the summer urad decided earlier for Krishi Upaj Mandis as July 31, 2018 will remain as it is. Instructions have been issued by the Farmer Welfare Department to the District Collectors of Hoshangabad, Sehore, Raisen, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Harda, Vidisha, Guna, Dewas, Indore, Dhar, Balaghat, Katni, Dindori, Seoni and Damoh.-Window To News
