National Convention on ‘M.P. mein Shahri Niyojan ka Agla Charan’ Topic on August 10

Bhopal: A One Day National Convention on ‘M.P. mein Shahri Niyojan ka Agla Charan’ topic is being organized at Swarna Jayanti Auditorium of R.C.V.P. Noronha Academy of Administration and Management at 9.00 A.M. on August 10, 2018. The Minister for Urban Development and Housing Smt. Maya Singh will be the Chief Guest on the occasion. The programme will be presided over by the Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board Krishnamurari Moghe. Experts from New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Vishakhapatnam and other cities will participate in the convention.
The convention will be held in 3 phases. Deliberations on scope of development by the Transferrable Development Rights (TDR) and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area will be held in the first phase. Under the second phase, discussions will be held on City Development Plan prepared by the Local Area Planning and authorities. Moreover, during the third and final phase, deliberations on G.I.S. based Development plan besides use and introduction of form based code will take place.
Subject Experts and officers responsible of the local bodies besides public representatives will express their views on new dimensions of Smart City, Metro Rail, Transferrable Development Rights, Transit Oriented Development area, Development Schemes of Amrut cities and their development, Local Area Development and City Development Plan.
Recommendation for amendments in rules to implement the projects on the basis of conclusions obtained from the convention will be taken into consideration by the state government.-Window To News
