- Several works have been undertaken by Madhya Pradesh to make memories of Martyrs permanent and will be undertaken in future too. Citizens should take a resolution that they will keep themselves ready to make sacrifice for the country.
- We have a target now to move forward for making the state prosperous. Work will be undertaken on department wise five years roadmap in all the fields of development and welfare in this connection.
- We are also exploring other sources of income by not depending only on regular provisions of budget so that no dearth of funds obstructs state's prosperity.
- We are committed for poverty alleviation by moving ahead of slogans. Poverty will have no place in prosperous Madhya Pradesh.
- The unique scheme of the country and world, Mukhya Mantri Jan-Kalyan 'Sambal' Yojana has been implemented from the current year. I am confident that this scheme will prove revolutionary to remove the basic concerns like Roti, Kapda, Makaan, Health, Education, Electricity and Employment of half of the population of the state.
- Every person has dream of owning a house. The government has come forward to realise this dream. Over 35 lakh families have already received the residential plots. Pattas (land deeds) are being given to poor dwelling till December 2014 on government land of urban area.
- The state is among the leading states for toilet facility in 94 percent houses of rural area.
- Work to give Saral Bijli Bill at the rate of Rs. 200 per month maximum to the registered labourers and sannirman karmkaars has been started from the month of July.
- Under the Baqaaya Bijli Bill Maafi, the government is going to bear arrears till 2018 including surcharge.
- Under the Soubhagya yojana, electricity in all the houses of 31 districts have already been provided. We are working with a target to provide electricity in all the houses of rural area by the month of October.
- A amount of Rs. 10 thousand crore will be spent during the next 3 years under the various schemes to illuminate all houses of rural area with power.
- Under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjawala Yojana, a total of 43 lakh new gas connections have already been given to poor women.
- Under the first phase, work will be carried out expand Nal-Jal Yojana in general areas with 1000 population and tribal areas with 500 population.
- Under the various schemes, in the current year, a sum of Rs. 35 thousand crore has been deposited directly in the bank accounts of farmers.
- Warehouses with storing capacity of 3 lakh metric tonne have been constructed for onion storage and construction of warehouses with 2 lakh metric tonne capacity is underway.
- Work to enhance irrigation facility on 80 lakh hectare land is being undertaken. The government will invest Rs. One lakh 30 thousand crore on irrigation projects till 2024.
- Irrigation capacity on 4 lakh 80 thousand hectare will increase in the state by Narmada-Malwa Link projects.
- 'Gram Sarovar Abhikaran' will be established in the state. This authority will construct 5 thousand ponds in 5 years.
- The state government is promoting subsidiary fields of agriculture extensively too. As a result, the state has achieved 3 position in the country in the milk production.
- Over 95 percent of water bodies of the state are included in fisheries.
- A remarkable increase has been made by the government in relief amount given in case of natural calamities. In view of severe drought condition in some districts of the state last year, an amount of Rs. One thousand 420 crore has been distributed among the farmers.
- Under the Revenue Relief Rules, relief amount has been increased to Rs. 30 thousand per hectare, which is double than the norms of the Government of India. The Banana crop damage relief amount has been increased from Rs. 27 thousand to Rs. One lakh per hectare, maximum Rs. 3 lakh per farmer.
- Madhya Pradesh is the first state of the country, where crop loan has been given to farmers at the rate of zero percent interest.
- Under the Mukhya Mantri Rin (Loan) Samadhaan Yojana, interest on time barred loans has been waived off. Facility has been given to pay the principal amount in installments.
- There is a plan for investment of Rs. 20 thousand crore in Smart City Project.
- During the next 3 years, no urban area of the state will have incomplete potable water scheme or which come across with drinking water crisis.
- Work to link all the Divisional Headquarters with four lane and all District Headquarters with two lane will be completed on priority in the coming years. Emphasis will be laid on Road Construction Projects like Chambal Express way.
- In the current year, 300 Health and Wellness Centres will be started to provide almost all the primary health facilities.
- Decline of 48 points in mother mortality rate in the state has been appreciated at National level.
- The state government has taken a decision to expand Medical education to tackle shortage of doctors.
- Six new medical colleges of the state including Shahdol, Shivpuri, Satna and Chhindwara will start functioning in the coming time.
- The concept of 'Ek Parisar-Ek Shala' has been introduced to bring qualitative reforms in school education, under this one school will be run by unifying all types of schools being functional under one roof.
- Enlightened citizens of the state must encourage children towards education by participating in 'Mil Banche' Programme.
- Forty four new government and 3 new model colleges to be established in the state in 2018.
- A career counseling programme under the name 'Hum Chhoo Lenge Aasmaan' has been started this time for all the 12th class students.
- By expanding Mukhya Mantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana, students, who score 70 percent marks in Madhya Pradesh Board Examinations have also been included to give benefit of the scheme. Benefit of this scheme will also be given to the children of registered labourers.
- Under the Yuva Sashaktikaran Mission, target has been set for Skill Development of 7 lakh 50 thousand youth annually.
- Plan to establish major centres for skill development at other big cities of the state during the next 5 years.
- A total of 2 lakh 50 thousand youth have been absorbed in the employment this year at the initiative of the state government. Decision has been taken by making basic change in Industrial Policy to replace exemption in tax with direct help in the investment.
- During the last two years, employment has been provided to 5 lakh persons in over 2 lakh SMSEs with the investment of one thousand 400 crore.
- Electricity production started from the Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Project of 750 M.W. capacity. Now Delhi Metri will run by the electricity of Rewa.
- Works worth Rs. 2 lakh crore will be carried out in the state for the welfare of tribal during the next 5 years, which will help comprehensive development of all tribal communities.
- Tribal Rights sabha will be constituted at each village of scheduled blocks to implement PESA Act in real sense.
- Coaching scheme is being started at Bhopal, Indore, Raipur, Jabalpur and Gwalior for talented students of scheduled tribes seeking admission in Technical, Medical education and Law colleges of national standard and for NDA examination.
- By expanding Backward Class Post Matric Yojana, annual income tax limit of parents' of the students has been raised from Rs. 75 thousand to Rs. 3 lakh, maintenance allowance rate has been doubled, reimbursement of the tuition fee of students, admitted in the self-fiannced courses being conducted in the government institutes including other mandatory charges and provisions have been made for reimbursement of full tuition fee on securing merit rank up to one lakh in JEE Main Examination for seeking admission in B.E. course in the Government recognised private institutes and towards reimbursement of full tuition fee to students, who get admissions in private medical colleges of the state on the basis of NEET examination.
- Under the Mukhya Mantri Kalyani Sahayta and Nishaktajan Pension Yojana, 'Pension Apke Dwaar' Yojana is being started for the convenience of pensioners residing at the distance of 5 k.m. from this month itself by abolishing restriction of poverty line.
- Arrangement of reservation in government jobs has also been made for women after panchayats. Fifty percent reservation in teacher posts and 33 percent posts in other departments excluding Forest Department has been kept reserved for women.
- During the last 6 months, capital punishment has been given to the criminals in 8 rape cases with the girls.
- Seven crore saplings of high quality will be planted in the entire state beside the catchment area of Narmada and other rivers this year.
- Amount of Rs. 2 thousand per standard bag given to tendu leaf collectors. Free shoes, slippers, water bottle and sarees were given to 22 lakh 35 thousand tendu leaf collectors first time.
- Lok Kalakar Mandal to be constituted to conserve art and culture.
- State conferred with National award for Best Tourism State since the last 3 years.
- Water tourism will be promoted with private investment in over 20 large water reservoirs of the state.
- Sewerage schemes worth Rs. 1300 crore are in progress in 19 urban bodies of cities located on banks of Narmada river.
- We have to carve niche of the state now at the International Sports arena. Sports infrastructure facilities will be expanded from district to block level.
- Keeping in view the requirements of farmers and land owners, Land Revenue Conduct has been simplified and wide amendments have been made this year.
- In the current year, 43 tahsils will be formed in urban areas.
- Madhya Pradesh is the first state of the country which has enacting law to protect the interest of land owners and sharecropper and succeeded to provide government services to the citizens on time under the Public Service Guarantee Act.
- Redressal of 95 percent complaints under the CM Helpline.
- The government got success to maintain law and order situation in the state constantly. The state has emerged as an example in the country in maintaining communal harmony. The Supreme Court has lauded the Police Force recruitment process.
- Provision of Rs. 40 crore this year in the project for construction of separate rooms for women in 676 police stations.
- On the spot police assistance given to over 50 lakh victims and needy persons under the Dial-100 Yojana.
- Take resolution to make the state prosperous. The state where all are provided with Roti, Kapda, Makaan Medicines, Education, Employment and Good Governance. Such a state that becomes example of harmony, equanimity, for respect to mother-sisters and daughters, development, progress and happiness.
