Bhopal: The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed profound grief over the demise of the Former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Vajpayee left for his heavenly abode in the afternoon today at AIIMS of New Delhi.
Chouhan said that the Late Atal Ji will always be remembered. India is proud of him. He further mentioned that the brightest era of Indian politics has come to an end with the demise of Atal Ji. Despite being in the opposition, Late Vajpayee was an undisputed mass leader. Nobody could be like Atal ji. He always did politics of positivity, creativity and in the national interest. His political life has become a legacy of Indian politics. He was an institution of value based ideal politics. Such eminent personality takes birth once in ages.
Reminiscing the emotional attachment of Late Vajpayee with Madhya Pradesh, Chouhan said that Late Vajpayee, whose memories are still fresh in our heart and mind, despite being away from the active politics, he was a source of inspiration and ideal for us. His just presence was the source of enthusiasm for us and inspires us to do something positive in life. Repeating Late Vajpayee’s poem “Geet Naya Gaata Hoon”, Chouhan said that fantasies flow when Late Vajpayee used to recite. Atal Ji was Atal Ji, nobody could be like him.Remembering the episode of Vidisha election from where Late Vajpayee was contesting, Chouhan said that he was joyful by nature. He had infinite love towards the nation. The person of grand personality, Late Vajpayee used to take all along. While doing indispensable politics of coalition, he led government of several parties as the Prime Minister. He successfully led the government. He was an undisputed and popular leader because of his splendid and grand personality.-Window To News
