Gwalior people turn up to pay tributes to their beloved son
Bhopal: Entire Gwalior city thronged to pay tributes to their beloved son and former prime minister, Bharat Ratna, late Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Huge public emerged on the thoroughfare where Atal Ji's Asthi Kalash was taken out in the city, reciting the slogan 'Jab Tak Suraj Chand Rahega, Atal Tumhara Naam Rahega' to pay tributes. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also participated in the Asthi Kalash Yatra.
The Chief Minister Chouhan directly reached to take part in Asthi Kalash Yatra from the airport. Chouhan paid floral tributes to Atal Ji's Asthi Kalash. After that, he reached Phoolbagh Maidan with Asthi Kalash Yatra. State BJP president and MP Rakesh Singh was also with him.
Adopted daughter Smt. Namita Bhattacharya, nephew and MP Anoop Mishra, son in law Ranjan Bhattacharya, granddaughter Smt. Niharika and other relatives of Atal Ji reached Gwalior by special plane on Wednesday, with Atal Ji's Asthi Kalash.
