Bhopal: Paying tributes to Late Atal Behari Vajpayee, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Atalji’s personality was incredible. Whosoever met him, became his fan, His absence will always be felt. Chouhan was addressing a condolence meet held in Phoolbagh Maidan, Gwalior today to pay tributes to Late Atal Behari Vajpayee.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Late Vajpayee has glorified Gwalior's name throughout the world with his personality and deeds. Late Atalji’s demise has created a void not only in the hearts of people of Gwalior but the crores of people of the state and the country. Atal ji devoted his entire life to the service of the country and ruled the hearts of the countrymen. While mentioning the unique qualities of Atalji's personality, Chouhan said that he always paid attention to minute details. He was full of love. He has glorified Hindi language in the whole world. Chouhan said that the present generation will always feel proud of having seen Atalji in person. Efforts to become like Atalji will be the real tribute to him.
Union Minister for Panchayati Raj Narendra Singh Tomar said that I am lucky to have been close to Atalji. His personality was an idea in itself. Tomar said that whosoever met him became his fan due to his closeness. Many people would become ready to work with him and follow his thoughts after listening to his speech. He said that Atalji's whole life was devoted to the country.
Minister of Urban Development and Housing Smt. Maya Singh said that Late Atal ji made a place in the hearts of people far from the boundaries of politics. He was the son of Madhya Pradesh and we are proud of this. He was not a person but an ideology.
Higher Education Minister Jaibhan Singh Pavaiya said that Late Atal ji was not a person but an entity who could never be erased. We are proud that he was the son of Gwalior. It was because of him that Gwalior was recognized in the whole world. He did not just rule the country but the hearts of its people. Following the path he showed the best way to pay tributes to him.
New and Renewable Energy Minister Narayan Singh Kushwaha said that it is by listening to Late Atalji's speech that many of youngsters like me joined the mainstream of love for the nation. Late Atalji’s absence will always be felt and his thoughts will always remain with us.
MP Anoop Mishra said that Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the head of my family. He taught me the A B C of politics. He always considered his life to be for the welfare of the nation. He set an example of moving along with the whole world in a democracy.
Rajya Sabha MP Prabhat Jha said that I am lucky to have got the chance to work with Late Atalji. Late Atalji was a great personality. Everyone was convinced of his benevolence. Late Atalji took the country to new heights. The works done by him are unforgettable.
Mayor Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar said that Late Atalji engaged his entire life in the service of the country. It will be a true tribute to him if we follow the path shown by him.
State BJP President and MP Rakesh Singh said that the Atalji made a place in the hearts of people away from the confines of politics. We are proud that he is the son of the soil of Madhya Pradesh. ‘
Congress District President Devendra Sharma, former Minister Bhagwan Singh Yadav, Krishna Gopalji expressed their thoughts on the personality of Late Atalji.

Namita Bhattacharya, son-in-law Ranjan Bhattacharya, granddaughter Smt. Niharika, besides other relatives, Atalji’s nephew Deepak Vajpayee, besides Shailendra Barua, Devesh Sharma, Virendra Jain, other public representatives and a large number of elite citizens.
