CM Chouhan immerses Late Vajpayee’ ashes in Narmada river amid chanting Mantras

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with the State President of BJP and MP Rakesh Singh reached Hoshangabad while carrying Asthi-Kalash of the Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Asthi Kalash, which passed through different places of the city, was paid floral tribute by the common citizens. CM Chouhan after performing the pooja archana with public at Sethani Ghat, immersed the asthi kalash in the sacred river Narmada amid the chanting mantras.
The Speaker of Assembly Dr. Sitasaran Sharma, Minister in-charge of Hoshangabad district Jalam Singh Patel, MP Rao Uday Pratap Singh, MLAs Sartaj Singh, Vijaypal Singh, Thakurdas Nagvanshi, Chairman of Mineral Development Corporation Shiv Choubey, Former Minister Madhukar Rao Harne, President of Nagar Palika Shri Akhilesh Khandelwal, President of Janpad Panchayat Smt. Sangeeta Solanki and citizens in large number were present during the Kalash Yatra and immersion.-Window To News
