'Heavy rains' warning in 16 districts

Cyclonic wind tunnel in northern Odisha and the surrounding area causes heavy rains
AUG 29 (WTN) - Monsoon rains continue in the state. In such a situation, the meteorological department has warned of 'heavy rains' in 16 districts of the state today. According to the information, the cyclonic wind surrounds the upper part of northern Odisha and surrounding areas. Due to which there is fear of ‘heavy rain’.
According to information received from the media, the monsoon trough line has remained till the Bay of Bengal from Bhatinda, Hisar, Alwar, Gwalior, Satna, Ambikapur etc. On the other side, in the southern region of Gujarat and its surroundings, there is a cyclonic windfall between 1.5 and 4.5 km in the upper part of the air due to which heavy rainfall is expected in 16 districts.
There is a possibility of heavy rains in Balaghat, Mandla, Anuppur, Dindori, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Raisen, Harda, Hoshangabad, Betul, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Khargone, Badwani, Alirajpur and Dhar districts of the state. In such a situation, the administration has issued alerts for the lower settlements.
