Ban on media reporting of girl adopted from Bhopal and abandoned in Spain

Bhopal: The Juvenile Justice Committee of Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur has imposed ban on media reporting in the case of a girl adopted from Bhopal and abandoned in Spain.
According to the directives issued in this matter, it has been mentioned that this matter is being monitored by the Juvenile Justice Committee of Madhya Pradesh High Court, as it is related to the care and protection of the girl. The Registrar (Judicial) and Secretary of the Committee Zakir Hussain has informed that according to the provisions of the Juvenile Justice Act 2015, to reveal identity of child, who needs care and protection is against the law and it is banned for any kind of media.
The Secretary of the Juvenile Justice Committee of Madhya Pradesh High Court has further clarified that news in this matter will not be published and telecasted in the news papers, other print media and electronic media.-Window To News
