Contributory pension of Adhyapak Cadre to remain effective as it is
Bhopal: After appointment of Adhyapak cadre in the School Education Department of the state, salary and allowances will increase. The School Education Department has clarified that salary and allowances will be payable to the cadre formed under the Recruitment Rules-2018, according to the seventh pay scale from July 01, 2018, same as government employees.
The School Education Department has further clarified that after the appointment of Adhyapak cadre in the department, employee database, pay-database and post-database of all the Lok-Sevaks will be maintained at the central server of the Directorate of Treasury and Accounts. Later on procedure will be set up for salary, allowances and other claims withdrawal and for various deductions as per the rules through concerned treasuries. Moreover, after the merger, the lok sevaks will be entitled for benefits of house rent allowance, medical reimbursement and traveling allowance equally.
The contributory pension of Adhyapak cadre will remain effective as it is. Under the Recruitment Rule-2018, all the appointed Lok Sevaks will get benefit of kramonnati, time bound scale and promotion effective for the School Education Department according to the provisions of the recruitment rules. The service period of adhyapak cadre will be counted in the minimum essential service period for kramonnati, time bound pay scale and promotion. The cadre formed under the recruitment rules-2018 will be governed by the Madhya Pradesh Civil Service Rule-1961. The same arrangement is followed in the recruitment rules of other departments and cadres. There is no need for issuing separate service conditions in this matter.-Window To News
