In-charge chief secretary ises instructions in Parakh video conference
Instructions to hold state wide programme on February 3
 
Bhopal : Activities being run under different health services, agriculture cens, Nagar Uday Abhiyan, Aadhar registration, update database of National Population Register and mineral resource department were reviewed in Parakh video conference, chaired by in-charge chief secretary  AP vastava today. In-charge Chief Secretary said that revenue recovery is collector's core work. Special attention should be paid in major cities for revenue recovery. He instructed to make efforts for this by forming action plan.
 
In-charge Chief Secretary reviewed comprehensively recovery by district mineral foundation.  vastava instructed collectors' works like education, health, road construction should be carried out in district mineral foundation as per district's need. No fund should be mised. Instructions were ised to collectors of districts having minerals to carry out strictly mineral related recovery. He said that fund of district mineral foundation should not be used in other heads. Task force constituted at district level should take action for curbing illegal mining and transportation.
 
Secretary to the Chief Minister and Commissioner Urban Development  Vivek Agrawal said that cent per cent redressal of eligible cases under beneficiary-oriented schemes is main objective of Nagar Uday Abhiyan. He informed that state-wide programme will be organised at large scale on February 3 for benefit distribution. The Government has planned to provide benefit to 10 lakh beneficiaries. So far, 3.25 lakh beneficiaries have been identified. Chief minister  Shivraj Singh Chouhan will address beneficiaries in Jabalpur and the programme will be broadcast across the state with the help of Doordarshan.
 
Principal Secretary public health and family welfare  Gauri Singh said in the conference that over 80 percent of vaccination has to be enred in all districts. Instructions have been ised to district collectors to launch coordinated campaign involving woman and child development deptt. and other agencies.  Singh said that availability of medicines is fficient with Asha workers, Gram Arogya Kendra, primary and community health centres. Ongoing preparations of 'Sparsh' Abhiyan to be held on January 30, National Deworming Day on February 9 and sanitation fortnight to be observed in February were reviewed.
 
Additional Chief Secretary  KK Singh informed that security force will be provided at 900 sensitive centres for school examinations to curb use of unfair means.  Singh instructed collectors to hold meeting for reviewing earmarked crimes under chairmanship of district judge.
 
Necessary instructions were ised for agriculture cens and revenue recovery. It was asked  to Gwalior-Chambal division to carry out special aadhar registration for children of 0 to five years. Agriculture Production Commissioner  PC Meena said that collectors could get registered for Prime Minister Excellence Award till January 25.
 
Principal Secretary, Farmer Welfare  Rajesh Rajora, Principal Secretary, Urban Development  Malay vastava, Principal Secretary, Tribal, Scheduled Caste and Other Backward Welfare,  Ashok Shah, Mineral Secretary  Manohar Dubey, Commissioner Health  Pallavi Jain and other officers were present. -WTN
