National Lok Adalat to be held in courts today

Bhopal: A National Lok Adalat will be held by the National Legal Services Authority on September 8 in the High Courts, District Courts, Taluka, Labour and Family Courts. Pending cases, criminal cases, appeasable cases, negotiable cases, bank recovery, motor accident damage claim case, labour disputes, electricity and water tax, matrimonial, land acquisition, retirement related, revenue and civil cases will be heard in the Lok Adalat.
Parties interested in settling their cases pending in the court and pre-litigation case through mutual consent can enter the Lok Adalat by contacting the court or the service authority. In this National Lok Adalat, courts, all such cases, including civil, criminal and embarrassing cases, will also be kept in which the parties will be willing to resolve the cases in a cordial environment. All types of cases including civil, criminal and appeasable cases in which the parties are willing to settle their cases in an amicable manner will be taken up in the National Lok Adalat to be held in the courts.-Window To News
