Bhopal : CM Chouhan to Inaugurate the Camp
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will inaugurate Leadership Development Camp on January 23. The camp will be held at 11.00 a.m. at CM House by the SC, ST Welfare department for the meritorious students of the SC and ST categories. Minister for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Gyan Singh will present in the camp. Rani Durgavati, Shankar Shah and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Meritorious Student Awards will be presented to the students during the camp.
The Leadership Development Camps will be organized by the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department from January 23 to 29 like every year. A total of 234 meritorious students of scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and primitive tribe of all the districts of the state will participate in the camp. Beside this 47 best players of scheduled tribe who participated in the various sports activities of national level will also take part in the camp.
The meritorious students will be taken for visit of local academic institutions and to meet Director General of Police on January 24. Students will be taken for local sightseeing on January 25. Moreover they will be taken to watch Republic Day Parade and Sanchi on January 26. Furthermore Students will hold discussion with the Chief Secretary and will be taken to see Vidhansabha and to meet Assembly Speaker on January 27. Similarly, students will visit factory situated in Mandideep and will be taken to meet the Governor on January 29. Multidimensional training will be imparted to the students by the experts on career guidance, personality development and leadership development during the camp.
