Vice President Naidu inaugurates 100 digital classes by remote control
Bhopal: Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu said that there is need for combined efforts to minimize the difference between villages and cities in the field of education. Innovations like digital schools in rural areas can play a significant role in minimizing this difference. Naidu was addressing a programme organized for the inauguration of digital classes in government schools. The Vice President inaugurated 100 digital classes in 76 government schools by remote control.
Vice President Naidu said that through innovations like digitization the creation of Bharat can be accelerated. He said that migration from villages to the cities has increased. Lack of quality education besides other basic facilities is also one big reason for migration.
Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that digitization has brought about transparency in government working. Youth are connecting to the new technology to create a new India.
Urban Development and Housing Minister Maya Singh, Higher Education Minister Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya, Mayor Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar, MLA Bharat Singh Kushwaha, District Panchayat President Manisha Bhujwal Singh Yadav and CEO of Hindustan Zinc Limited Sunil Duggal were present on the occasion.-Window To News
