Bhopal: The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Gou Mantralaya will be formed in the state for conservation of Gou-Vansh (Cow progeny). He was addressing the Acharya Vidhyasagar Jeev Daya Samman Samaroh held at Khajurah of Chhatarpur district. Gou-Abhyarans and Gou-Shalas will be made as per the availability of space at various places. He further mentioned that sufficient arrangement of doctors will be made in Gou-Abhyarans and Gou-Shalas for proper medical treatment of old cows.
Chouhan further mentioned that we feel proud that we are born in the era of great saint like Acharya Vidhya Sagar, whose life is dedicated for human welfare. He said that the principle of ‘Ahinsa Parmodharm’ gives a message of right to live for all living beings to the entire world.
Vidhyasagar Jeev Daya Samman
The CM Chouhan presented first Vidhyasagar Jeev Daya Samman to Acharya Vidhyasagar –Dayoday Pashu Seva Kendra of Tendu Kheda (Damoh). Similarly, he honoured Gou-Shala evam Jaiv Krishi Anusandhan Kendra- Kedarpur (Gwalior) and Goutras Nivarni Gopal Gou-Shala, Badnagar (Ujjain) with second and third Vidhyasagar Jeev Daya award respectively.

Acharya during the discourse said that several Tapasavi and Sadhak have left their foot prints on this pious land. Prosperity will come in life of every individual of the society by following their path. He also blessed Chouhan for works being carried out by him in the welfare of public.
Chouhan while laying foundation stone of Swarnodaya Teerth Nyas near Jain Mandir premises said that Khajuraho will also be known by the name Swarnodaya Teerth now. He also released 4 Granthmala focusing Siddh Kshetra Kundalpur on this occasion. Chouhan was presented handmade clothes by the Shramdaan Kendra-Bhopal. The Digambar Jain Atishay Kshetra Committee honoured Chouhan and his wife, Finance Minsiter Mallayya and his wife and Chairman of the Gou-Samvardhan Board Akhileshwaranand with shawl, shriphal and mementoes.
